"Good"

"Conveniently located among shops/eateries at Greenbelt. Very professional and friendly staff. Well maintained and large rooms. One of the best breakfast buffet spreads in Manila. Bar drinks could be improved to be more special."

"All staff were very helpful, friendly, kind and polite including Thomson, the night duty dog and Panther, the day guard dog. Jaja at the front desk is excellent. The room is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide drinking water every day."

"The AC is not cooling the entire room."

"It was in the center of the City near Financial district. Good amenities. Near many restaurants. The kitchenette is small."

"Outstanding hotel! Desirey on front desk was so helpful and professional. She assisted us greatly. This is by far the best option in the area."

"Liked it!"

"It was very clean"

"The room that I got is old. The bed is uncomfortable and the blanket is terrible, I even took a picture of it! The couch also is uncomfortable! No exhaust in the bathroom that is why it gets moldy quickly! The AC is leaking that when u get out of the bed, your feet is wet! I went down in the reception to report it, they said that I have to tell the host! I’ve contacted the host but it is so hard to call her, she doesn’t answer the calls, until finally someone came to fix the AC and my goodness,...

"Descent location with easy access to city. Connected to a grocery store and a food mall. My room was very minimalistic with no hot water. The sheets and towels did smell wonderful. But overall descent for price. It appears there individually owned so your room might have more to offer."

"We were very happy with this boutique hotel. The room was nice , clean and spacious. The staff service is excellent. "

"A modern spottless brand new hotel with tasteful finishes. The most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered in many years. I cannot believe anyone would have a bad experience in this hotel with such excellent and committed staff. They will have me coming back again and again. Great experience!!"

"I rarely write reviews but I felt like this one deserved it. The standard room was clean and in working order with reliable aircon and wifi, which were the most important things to me. The room was neither spacious, nor too small. The location is good. It is on the edge of the Makati bubble so you get a good balance between a convenient location to everything and a lower price. There was some construction and repair going on while I was there, so there were some times with loud noises....
