"I enjoyed a pleasant stay; the professional and attentive service provided by the team truly made a difference. I would like to commend Roquia in the spa, as well as Badr and the rest of the restaurant staff for their excellent performance. Well done."

"Quite honestly, im not sure how this property is 3 stars. Its 5 stars at least. Especially their staff. I was blown away how friendly and helpful they are. Rooms are just great. The property is like a small mansion in its Moroccan flair. How is this not fully booked at all times, is beyond me. One of the best stays i ever had."

"This was my sixth stay at Douliz Hotel & Spa, and every visit has been just as great. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers stunning views with a peaceful atmosphere, both day and night. The staff are always kind, welcoming, and provide excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back again!"

"Absolutely lovely! Safae was excellent and made our evening better!"

Overall, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very polite and helpful."

"👍👍👍"

"Excellent service."

Upon checking in and finishing dinner, we were told someone would show us to our rooms because the hotel was quite large. However, we were ignored and left to our own devices and had to find our way to the rooms. 2. For one of the rooms that we booked (out of 3), we were given a room that was clearly a downgrade from the two others and also a disability accessible room. When first approaching the reception, they...
