Khách sạn Rackenstown

"If you are looking to escape the mad world or planning the perfect family break, look no further. This place is truly a hidden gem, and from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. The property is incredibly easy to find using Google Maps, which made the journey entirely stress-free. Also communication from the owner before arrival. As soon as you drive onto the grounds, an immediate sense of safety and...

"Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

"We fly in/out of Dublin several times a year. We like this property because although it is only about 10-15 mins from the airport, it feels like you are really in the country. So there is not that cramped and hassled feeling with so many of the airport hotels near DUB - tight parking, shuttle buses, airport noise etc. Roganstown Country House Hotel feels a bit like a respite. That being said, they could invest a little in the interior of the hotel. While our room was clean and comfortable,...

"I booked this hotel because we had a flight out of Dublin the next morning. This hotel is nit direct access from the motorway. While the outside and lobby look nice, the room was okay with a broken fan (no A/C) and the tv would not access any channels. The breakfast was good, and the restaurant in which we ate dinner"

"Enjoyable stay! Overall very good!"

"Convenient location close to the airport with shuttle. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Enjoyed watching the planes land and take off."

"Very convenient comfortable and a good restaurant with a set price dinner. We’ll stay again."

"You get 20 minutes of free parking to check-in and drop your bags in the room. We were able to do it in 15 minutes because there was no line at the counter. Otherwise it costs you 4 euros. Not too expensive but we just wanted to drop our bags and return the rental car. Everything else was great including the shuttle to the airport at 5:30am."

"I really like the location"

"We had selected this property for its convenience to the airport and return of the rental car. All these went very smoothly we were able to use local gas stations. Unfortunately, we left too early in the morning to appreciate the breakfast. They had an operating free shuttle to the airport.. we did not require the service but did see it operating on a 20 minute basis, which would be very convenient. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and found the food good."

"The service at the bar was excellent. The food has been amazing. I would highly recommend anybody who is traveling back from Dublin to stay a night here and enjoy the services at the bar very friendly staff."

"What a great first stay! Everything was effortless."

"Beautiful on all accounts only issue coffee machine didn’t work"

"Room was clean with a nice comfortable bed. Was only at the hotel to sleep before an early morning flight so was able to enjoy too many amenities"

"Yes, please consider staying at the hotel! Both parking & breakfast are included. The rooms are warm and the water is hot in the shower (yes, sometimes it’s just barely warm in other Irish hotels). The rooms are clean and big. The decor is classic. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"Firstly, the Hotel is very nice and the staff are absolutely amazing, the breakfast is delicious and the Globe restaurant has great food...the only problem I found was the constant door slammings every few minutes and the screeching of furniture on the wooden floors...it makes for a less calm environment for which a hotel should offer people."
