"There were 4 parties attempting to check in at the same time. We all had to call some number given to us by the person at the front desk and wait on hold for them to send us a check in number via email. This was supposed to be the code to the door, but we were still handed a physical key because the codes didn’t work. The person on the counter was not helpful. The common area wasn’t clean and had a few boxes of food sitting on the table and no one cleaned it up even in the morning when I came...
