"The mini fridge took forever to cool our drinks we brought in. The furniture was disjointed and not practical for use. The room had a sink just on the wall across the room from the fridge and coffee maker. There was no table to sit and eat at despite me booking the suite. Not sure how that's supposed to be 'well designed'. I understand it is supposed to be smaller than other hotels but a lot of the space is actually wasted in the suite instead of being practical. "

"The worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Pictures are not of the room. Maybe 20 years ago. No it water in shower. I would have never taken a bath here. The AC/heater didn’t even come on. At all. WiFi kept cutting out and telling me wrong password even though it accepted it multiple times before. Caulking was discolored and gross. Floor seemed to have a film over it. Either not cleaned or cleaned with dirty stuff. Will never ever stay again. Not recommended. My parents also rented separate room. Their AC/heat worked 2 of 3 nights. Took 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower. The rest of the room matched my description. Breakfast - they did have an area. They did have food. Nothing great but wasn’t awful. Just not impressed at all. "
