"The hotel overall was great. Room 232 was lacking. The lights in the bathroom was malfunctioning, so once the light was on, it was left on because we couldn't get it to come back on if turned off. Shower had the obligatory shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall, but no body wash. No body wash is fine, but they also had no shelves to put the bar soap. I rested it on top of the sliding glass door frame, where others had also, based on the puddles of soap goo I found feeling for my soap. My...

"Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. "

"Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors."

"Air conditioning knob broken. Some holes in the walls. Dust inside the water tank of coffee maker. Owner was in a sleeping bag on the floor when I went to breakfast. "

"Room was perfect for 2 people who like to watch different TV stations, separate bathrooms, Best was comfortable beds and complimentary beverages and snacks on the floor where you stayed. Restaurant food was very good! I would choose to stay here if this hotel was in other cities."

"Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again."

"The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t. "
