"Our room was lovely and a lot of care had been taken in its decoration. The bathroom was fully tiled with a Mediterranean feel. The hotel is very clean and the staff put in a lot of hard work to keep it so. We had a meal in the restaurant on our first night which was very nice and the bar was open to residents until 10.00 pm. "Great central location, ideal for the concert. Comfy bed with TV and bath with shower head. Clean. Friendly staff available 24hrs. Toilet cistern filled up all night so kept getting woken up and had to ask for extra toilet rolls. Seemed to be on restriction. No shower gel or soap. Simple things that would have made a big difference to ratings. Could have done with a new shower curtain and shower head holder."

"Very old and tired hotel. Room could do with a make over and a clean. TV remote was filthy, stale smell in room, soap dish fell off the wall then touched. "
