"The setup for the rooms was a bit weird but it’s manageable. There was black mold in our bathroom. The bus stop was about a four minute walk which wasn’t bad at all! just a lot of slopes and hills. definitely not friendly for disabled guests."

"Let me start off by saying the hotel/apartment itself was absolutely beautiful. Very spacious and in a perfect location. However, we encountered three major issues during our stay at the Small Luxury Palace Residence which just caused stress. Firstly, we got told check in was all self check in which would’ve been perfect! We arrived at 1:30pm - check in is at 2pm so we waited around. We didn’t receive our keys until we had to find and call the hotel manager and he had to contact the house...
