"A clean facility overall. A few things that I needed went wrong from Friday to Sunday stay. At check in we were not informed you must request room cleaning, so when we left Saturday morning without an idea our room would not be cleaned. The refrigerator was not working at all, we didn’t discover this until we returned Saturday, food no good, drinks were warm. No one on staff to remedy these things and Saturday evening is too late to relocate room. Likely not to book with this company again."

"I am a HI fan so any time I can choose them I do. As usual I was completely satisfied. First of all, my plane was delayed 4 hours and I called the front desk. She was beyond helpful and professional. She let me know that whenever I got there, my room would be waiting for me--that took a load off because I was definitely stressed out. I didn't arrive until 1:56, but staff was available and got me checked in with no issues. Bed was clean and soft as usual and I had no issues with any appliances....

"Very nice place to stay and modern. Breakfast was good and they vary it daily. The pool was nice and didn't have 2 story rooms over looking it. The location was close to the airport and the freeway. Front desk was accommodating and even gave me a shaving razor I forgot. There's a gas station in the adjacent parking lot. Food/ drink was close and we suggest Bottledogs. Many draft beers and food was good. Friendly staff."
