"I think you will find this review to be very consistent with others. Wonderful property, rooms, and overall experience. Their check-in process needs work. If you’re going to have a virtual check-in process, people should be armed with all of the information necessary to enter the room when they arrive at or after 3 o’clock. "Leon was very communicative throughout the booking.
We STRONGLY recommend meeting Leon in the town for transportation or escort up to the lodge for initial arrival. It is a very steep climb. The path gets smaller as you go higher. There are no signs letting you know if you are on the right track. Our navigation told us we had arrived when we still had further to go.
We rented a 4X4 in Panama City specifically for this booking.
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the climb up to the location. It...

"Omg!! I can't say enough about this place. It was everything pictured then some. Walk behind premises to view the beautiful stream. I took a 30 minute walk into plaza. The whole city is beautiful. Be sure to get some coffee."
