"Check in staff, she was amazing!!! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff was very nice and friendly food was good. My only issue was the pool not working. I only booked this property for the pool. They stated it was on the listing online but I don’t see Expedia has it posted at all that the pool is not functional!!!!"

Had an induction stove so had to buy cookware after I called ahead to ask if I needed to bring or not I was told they had it but when I got there it was 40.00 rental and they did not have any available. Staff was very rude and unavailable at check out. I asked for clean sheets the sheets had hair on them, the top white blanket was dirty. Floor was dirty with long black hair. Bathroom and counter top in kitchen area was clean....

"My husband and I truly love the WaterWalk. Our only concern was the floors we vey filthy with hair and the couch was stained. Walking with socks we had to wash them several times. Outside of that, the staff and director/manager were very helpful. WaterWalk will definitely be our go to while visiting Charlotte. We love how the apts/rms has everything you need with living rm, bdrm, full kitchen with stove and washer/dryer. Outside of our concerns this place would be an A++. Also very convenient to...

"El hotel (motel) tiene habitaciones viejas y algunas no renovadas en la parte de atrás, me tocó una de arriba al frente y estaba recién remodelada cama cómoda y habitación limpia, solicitan depósito en mi caso por dos noches fueron 30 dólares en efectivos y me los devolvieron al hacer check out "
