"Room was great and nice large bathroom with walk-in shower was greatly appreciated since I have mobility issues. My only complaint is that the toilet seat was not secure and kept sliding to the side. That is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of five."

"There is no handicap stuff in rooms only one bar in tub nothing on tub floor so you don't slip they sat at desk didn't help with doors when I was in my wheelchair, and the room that I wanted was on 2nd floor and they had no elevators then they said we smoked and we didn't. So they keep my deposit. Witch mad me mader"
