Tìm Hostel tại Rapid City

"Very clean, helpful workers. I recommend it.."

"I would suggest in a pet friendly hotel they should keep the pets on the same floor together."

"My husband and I love staying at historic hotels and the Alex Johnson Hotel in Rapid City is a favorite. The building is wonderful and the staff was excellent. Clean, charming and welcoming. Great shops and restaurants in the building and more in easy walking distance."

"The ClubHouse Hotel was a great home base for our trip to Rapid City. Everything feels new and well cared for, and our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also liked having free breakfast, free parking, and an indoor pool right at the hotel. It was easy to get around town and head out to see the area. If you are visiting the Black Hills, we would definitely recommend staying here."

"Booked 2 Queen bed, accessible room. Received confirmation, but was told only a King bed, accessible was available. Had no choice but to accept room which meant has to share bed with mother who had just been discharged from physical rehab hospital. Was not offered discount for inconvenience. Employees were very nice, though. Room needed vacuuming and there was a white sticky substance (candy?) That hadn't been cleaned off small standing table, chair and footrest. Good breakfast buffet."

"Pool area was great for kids- Halloween decor was awesome. We had a Waterpark balcony suite and it fit our needs perfectly. Room was great- except the pull out couch. Was quite dirty. Luckily we could get by without it. Otherwise- great stay!"

"Not safe!!! Things were stolen from our hotel room! Staff did nothing and didn't seems to care. Signs clearly state that they do not clean rooms unless requested, yet they cleaned ours the day after we reported the missing items. No cameras in hallways or elevator. Witnessed another person having a bag stolen as well. I am in awe of the lack of care the staff has. Do not trust this place!"

"I was double charged for our stay! I booked with Expedia and pre-paid for the rooms., Showed the hotel receipts and confirmation but y he hotel charged me again because they stated they didn’t get payment from Expedia. I feel that this should’ve been handled between Expedia and Ramkota hotel as I had all receipts which they also had to show that rooms were paid for."
