"Worst nights sleep ever!! The beds were the biggest issue and the main reason I would not recommend Wyndham Residences Algarve Carvoeiro. We expected a new 4-star hotel experience, but the bed was unbelievably hard. Genuinely the hardest and most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. There was no topper or anything to soften it, and my back still hurts. Our friends had a separate room and had the same experience. None of us slept well.
The room also got extremely hot. The AC shuts off...

"We completed the Fisherman’s Trail and wanted to find a nice place to chill and relax for a few days before heading to Germany for a family wedding. "Editory by the Sea was fantastic. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean and staff members were very friendly. "The Belmar was a lovely condo with beautiful views. We were 4 women on a girls trip and thought the location was good to walk to some restaurants and an easy uber ride into Lagos. We each received massages from the spa and all of us said they were excellent! The only downside would be that you have to go upstairs to get to the bedrooms, however that did not bother us.
We highly recommend the Belmar."

"Property was a short 5 mins drive out of Ferragudo centre. Also walkable in around 25 minutes its about 2km to town .
If you just want the beach there is a lovely path through woods which takes about 5 mins to get there, but there are no facilities on the beach, if you want sun loungers its probably around 1km to walk along the beach until you come to these along with three restaurants.
The Property itself is traditional very clean and tidy, quite small which we liked! perhaps 40 bedrooms max....
