"The motel was great. The only complaint I have is trying to use the pool and hot tub. Screaming kids everywhere. I didn't stay long in pool area. They should have a specific time for just adults. It was terrible with all the screaming kids "

"We look forward to our valentines stay here. The food is delicious. There’s a gorgeous truffle display at check in. The staff is always above and beyond and it’s quiet. Even the hot tub has a quiet relaxation. The heavenly bed is the best sleep and lounging. We love to just relax in it after dinner and fall asleep. Definitely recommend!!"

"Different, fresh breakfast options every day ( we stayed 5 days) clean room, with housekeeping available daily. In a really nice location. Close to everything ( we went to multiple malls and stores all within 10-20 minutes away). You see a lot of dog walkers and geese around the hotel. Staff were very nice and answered all questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area again"

"Staff could have a class in customer service. Lacking in pleasant smiling personalities. THE only thing we needed, the possibility of getting a to go box for a couple of breakfast items, because we had to be at a medical appt at 6am was denied. When asked if that was a possibility, We were answered with a flat “ no we don’t do that”. I have been offered that at other Hilton properties. Speaking of other things that were lacking at this property…. Make-up wipes. Very cognizant of leaving black...

"Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin."
