Didn't use the bar or breakie due to a super early flight but we were able to check in a few hours earlier than initially told, which was helpful for dropping bags and heading into the City Centre. Couldn't seem to get the thermostat to get the room cooler, but we managed. Note: majority of places in the UK only have a fitted sheet and a duvet on the beds. No bed sheet between. Keep...

"The hotel itself is very good...very quiet place..did not use the Spa but looked impressive. The breakfast was really good, I also dined in the 'Terrace' also good. Only thing was the 'Sadlier' bar was closed (on a Thursday) which I thought was strange given the hotel was fairly full. The room was very spacious , a little dated decor but nice nevertheless. I would return here."

"The young girl who welcomed us upon check in was so friendly and helpful! Posive experience in the bar. But the bathroom in our room was fair. Outdated. Climbing over the tub to get a shower was challenging!!! Shower head was filled with black mold- disgusting!!"

"The rooms were very hot there was no air-conditioning but we were given a fan. The location was good for conveniences. There dinning room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent really set us up for the day. The pool and gym was very nice. It did get very busy as I think its also used by locals. This is a very busy hotel and lots of people coming and going at different times so if your looking for quiet this is not the place but if you want conveniences this is the place."
