"Sehr modern, hell und sauber. Die Duschen sind großzügig ngeplant und bieten genug Ablagefläche. Auch der "Pod" ist gut geplant mit USB Anschluss zum Handy laden und Ablageflächen. Personal sehr freundlich und entspannt."
"We only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Bo’ness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay.

"We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our 2 dogs were made so welcome and our dining experience wasn’t reduced in any way because of them. Harriet should get a mention as nothing was too much trouble for her. "Amazing opportunity to stay in a real castle with such a rich history. The staff, especially Jon, were outstanding. Everyone was so accommodating. It seems like they have been making constant improvements to the property. The spa closes early (6p) and several amenities in the spa were out of order. "Our stay was great! We had a late night drink in the bar one evening, and breakfast and coffee one morning. The room was the perfect size for myself and my husband and our two suitcases. The bathroom was a great size, and the area was very quiet, safe and very walkable to all popular sites. I wish the room had a/c, even in a Scottish September it was a bit stuffy and warm. "
"The location is top-notch: the city centre is easily reachable on foot, and public transport to the airport (24/7!) and other areas of the city is located just in front of the hotel.
