"Everything was great."

"I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was good. But my room was not fully clean when I checked in. There was a lot of dust and trash in room."

She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience before getting on the road. We normally only stay at the Hilton Embassy but I’m happy to say this hotel will go on our list for future trips."

"Hotel close to shopping. Tanger outlets were about 10 minutes away. Easy to get on and off the highway. Rooms were spacious. The only issue I had was with the light sources didn’t give enough light and the air condition COLD! Overall I’ll stay again."

"From the time we checked in to the check out, the staff were amazing. The manager had top tier customer service and a great personality. The room was nice, breakfast was great, and staff made sure they engaged everyone that walked through the doors, including the children."

"I have to say I was greeted at breakfast with the warmest hello ever. Employee Samuetta Harris is an awesome person. VERY helpful, friendly and kind. She shows love and kindness in what she does on her job. Wow she is phenomenal. I just had to share that experience. Front desk staff extremely kind and friendly. It was a good stay. I will return here again when I come back in August."

"The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and offered to check us in early when we asked about the shuttle service to the concert at the coliseum that evening. Bar was very convenient. We did not try the restaurant but heard great things about it from other friends in our group"

"The stay was great. I was there for a week. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I do recommend to advertise or have better access to what amenities are available. I went and did laundry without knowing there was a laundry room - I could’ve asked too and was mostly my fault but even when using the QR code it was not listed :( but otherwise it was great and felt safe."

"The young lady who checked me in was very nice and welcoming. The complaint I have is about the room. I have stayed at other Crown Plaza hotels before but none have been like this location. The metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusted badly, the vent over the shower was extremely dusty, and the shower had mold on the walls."
