"Upon arrival, I was greeted with the news that the hotel had oversold their King rooms. We were given 2 Queens. If those were queen beds, I'd be surprised. Very small and very uncomfortable. Was told I'd receive $189 back as compensation, however I have yet to see it. The people next door played music and were very loud until the wee hours of the morning. They also greeted us every morning by being loud in the hallway and slamming their doors. So much for the claim of quiet times between 10pm and 9am. They also didn't clean our shower. Very disappointed in this hotel."

"The room smelled really moldy and there were uncaulked muddy joints. There was water dripping under the sink. The air didn’t really work. The breakfast was pitiful. Someone had dumped apple juice into the orange juice dispenser. There were no muffins, no bagels and no toast. Only frosted flakes and cheerios. "

"Excellent breakfast - with a view! We loved our stay, felt like we were sleeping at something designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The river views were delightful, so was the Middleton plantation. And the staff was so attentive. We stayed three nights - wish it could have been more!"
