"I have never been to a hotel this gross....disgusting is an understatement! The rooms dirty! The hallways common areas elevator everything dirty! The entire hotel smelled bad and felt sticky. The 2 rooms we were in smelled horrible. Correction 3 because we had got one of the rooms switched because the air conditioning would not work and toliet would not flush...and the staff member had attitude when I told him something was wrong! I asked for towels and he huffed about that I got new stained...

"The pool area is not well kept or clean. Breakfast included, but same food was offered everyday over 4 days of the stay, so we ended up grabbing breakfast out. Not convenient to downtown Charleston or the beaches if you are looking to go there."

"Location was great. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Pool was good. AC was cold. Room was outdated for a Mariott property. Water pressure was terrible the whole stay. It took me 5xs longer to shower just to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. Baseboards were peeling off the walls and the tub was slow draining. The elevator was sketchy and made a super scary jerking movement. Overall, a decent place to stay but I think I’ll stay at another mariott next time."

"The property is in a very good location, close to gas stations, fast food, and shopping outlets. The hotel was clean, well presented. The buffet style break at was pretty good - I love bacon so that was a great one day - I would recommend and definitely stay here again if I was to go back to SC either for mini vacation or business."

"Room was clean. AC was not working in the lobby or breakfast dining area so that was a place to avoid. The carpet in the hallways needed some extra TLC. For the price it was all in all a decent stay."
