"Rooms were not cleaned. Blankets not on beds , no towels. In room.hallways smell of smoke, loud noises, televisions did not work due to connection issues they said. Beds were very uncomfortable. I did not feel comfortable or safe here."

"The motel was in a lovely setting, oak trees with Spanish moss, a nice dock on the creek. The rooms were clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Several good restaurants close by, Prime Steakhouse, a little pricy but very good. Ciao Bella Italian great. We enjoyed our stay here."

"The room was nicely prepared by the staff for our anniversary weekend. The food in the restaurant was good, but seemed overpriced (it could have been included in the stay). Our suite had a hot tub, and it was older and not in the best condition, but it functioned properly. Staff was excellent and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable."

"The location was close to our event. The price was good. The staff was nice. As a female, I would not have wanted to stay there by myself.The door had a big gap under it. The floor was vinyl and smelled of harsh chemicals. I had just taken a shower, walked across the room and my feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The bathroom vent was broken. The lower hinge on the bathroom door was held together by a wire, not a pin. The corners , in the bathroom had visible dirt. The shampoo was very harsh. Soap was regular bar soap. Towels were small. The water pressure, in the shower was good.The sheets on the bed were polyester and the bedspread had stains. The motel was easy to drive past, so you had to look for the Waffle House to know where to turn. It was next to a Waffle House, It has some shopping close by and downtown is about 5 miles away(15-20 min drive)"

"The manager on property was very pleasant and this is an older property that could use some updating. The location is about a 15 to 20 minute commute to MUSC. The area is relatively quite and close to most stores. The room looked clean, but it had a smell and the bottom of my feet were black after walking on the floor without shoes. You must supply everything from cookware, dishes, eating utensils, to cleaning supplies. "
