"What an amazing staff! My sister and I felt pampered from our arrival to departure. When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. Free round trip shuttle service was offered to points of interest in the city during the month of June. This really helped because we didn't have a car. "Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that.
