"Such a beautiful hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast was as good as I’ve ever had at a hotel of this class. Coffee is outstanding! We needed a later checkout due to a tournament our son was playing in, and they didn’t even blink in allowing us to check out at 2:00 with no charge. I’d we ever come back to Charlotte, we would certainly stay here again!"

"Refridgerator / freezer was not operational. Mattresses (both beds) were worn out and unsupportive. Almost impossible to sleep well in these beds. No, they did not leave the light on for me."

"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"I was unaware I had to walk up steps to get to my room that was in the 3rd floor. Entering the room, we immediately noticed 2 roaches in the bathroom. (We took pictures) The room had a funny smell. We went back to the lobby to ask for our money back to check into another hotel. We were told that we had to contact the 3rd party who we booked the hotel through for them to contact the manager at super 8 on Monday. "Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss."

"Room needs maintenance badly, from leaky toilet, dingy towels and sheets, and the furniture is wore out . Didn't use stove because there wasn't any pots or pans. Who travels with cooking utensils? But If you plan to stay here please bring your own iron board, sheet set, pots, a broom and mop...don't forget the Lysol spray."
