"Chambre propre, personnel de mauvais humeur, pas de salutations, pas d'eau de courtoisie, la seule personne gentil c'etait la dame du front desk du samedi et dimanche matin. Sinon l'autre personnel terrible, mauvaise éducation, voir grossier. Cela pour moi est la première fois dans un hotel de la chaîne, stationnement m'ont charge 30$ pendant que sur le site est écrite 21$. La bonne chose est la localisation à coté du prudential center excellent pour aller aux événements."

"Pool had to much Clorine in it to the point the water looked white. My son face is broken out on account on it. Ask if my room can get cleaned after day 2 of being there and they only brought towels didn’t change or make the beds which is a new one for me. "

"We booked this last minute for the marathon because our original hotel was too far. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The outside doesn’t look like much but the inside was very nice. They moved breakfast to be earlier for the race, free parking and a short distance to the start line. When my daughter got injured they had ice all prepared waiting for anyone who needed it. They thought of everything. "
