"Breakfast was almost non-existent. I don’t know if the breakfast area is contracted, because the guys was leaving at the end if the week, but there was very little in the way of stuff on the breakfast bar."

"The cabin was clean and very comfortable, and the staff was kind and patient (being tired after a long day on the road and a little absent minded I immediately locked my key in the room lol). The only glitch was that the hot tub was inoperative at first, but they sent someone down right away to fix it. We were looking forward to jumping in after our long day on the road, and so we had to wait quite a while for it to heat up enough to use, but at least we did get to use it and it was lovely. ...

"Ok... So there's definitely NOT a pool. It's was as low end as it gets ... Like, we walked outside and found a bullet on the ground right outside the door. They double booked the room, so someone else had keys to our room.... "

"They staff is very helpful and friendly. A person knows that the pool needs attention when you can hear the frogs crock. But it was securely fenced off. There were 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths in the room for 2 people. We had to get maintenance come turn on the TV. Then we could not turn it off with unplugging it. The light fixtures blinked. The bulbs needed to be replaced. The carpet was filthy. Everything in the room is old and needs to be replaced. If you have another choice...

"Steps are very dangerous as I didn’t know the bottom landing was so dangerous especially for my mother. Thermostat upstairs wouldn’t come on as it looks like it is not attached properly. The place is beautiful outside but overall not for me. "

"Cannot say enough good about this place. The rooms were clean and spacious. The entire property is clean and well landscaped. The staff were are very helpful and nice. They had great food options and lots of snacks and drinks available. This hotel is also within walking distance to pretty much everything on the .ain road through Helen. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it."

"OMG please someone tell me how this was the highest rate location in Helen? The front desk was micro and the room had a huge hole in the ceiling. Breakfast was questionable at best. The hallways smelled like pee. There were people banging on our door at 2am like swat and screaming. We feared moving from the bed because of this. Worse part is we were in eyesight of the front desk and no one did anything. The shower ceiling and walls had mold on them. It was only a room for one night but...

"The carpet in the room was filthy. The room smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, and a guest's child was running up and down the hallways until 1am on our first night. The housekeeping never made our bed or vacuumed the room on any of the days we were out."

"The old hotel is small, clean in a good good position. It will be better if they clean and maintain further outside like stairs, corridors. Bathtub should be cleaned."
