"The room had a large amount of hairs (shaved hairs) in the bathroom on the floor behind the door. I stayed there over 2 weeks ago and have still not received my deposit back. It still shows as pending on my bank side. The staff states it just takes a while for it to complete. It was not thoroughly cleaned after the last guest. I won’t stay here again, that is for certain!"

"The kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. The AC did not keep my room cool. The wasn't clean the floors felt gritty even with my shoes on. The floors felt like you were walking on sand.,"

"This hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality and service provided. We had to wait over two hours past check-in time because rooms were still being cleaned. To make matters worse, we were initially given a key to a room that was already occupied. I booked two rooms, and while one was ready, they had to scramble to find another room for us. The next day, staff tried to kick us out of the second room claiming it wasn’t ours, and the cleaning staff was incredibly rude about it. The hotel...

"Breakfast was pretty good. Room was small with no closet. Stayed 4 nights and they did not come clean the room, and would not empty our trash or bring towels when we asked. They did give us some towels and a trash bag at the front desk. The mattress was worn and had indentations where others had slept. Sheets were clean, but elastic was worn and the sheets would not stay on the bed. Free shuttle to Bricktown was nice. "
