"The pullout sofá was worn out, the kids were uncomfortable sleeping on it. I had to sleep w 1 shower because i let them use my sheeeys to layer it. The swimming pool had Lots of hair in the drains. Room was smelly, needs to be aired out or put new flooring and remove carpet. We had 1 bath towel. ..."

"Had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and bath towels and they finally cleaned the room after 3 days of requesting it. Even hung the sign up for service but it got ignored. We were the only room that had a car there for 5 days and they couldn’t even get our room cleaned even when we called for service ..."
