"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "An uncomfortable stay. We booked a room for 2, but there was only one chair of any kind in the room. Toilet seat would not stay up; so for the man, urinating was an exercise in keeping the seat up with one knee while trying to aim well. Breakfast was minimal: no better than what you'd expect at a $60-a-night place. We would not go back to this place."

"We booked around midnight, showed up 10 minutes later. We were only staying the night to get rest to finish our drive. The front desk was super helpful, even put us on the quietest floor. We did not have breakfast there as it was about $15 for adults and $10 per kid and we didn't want that extra expense. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet."

"Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway."

"this makes me doubt the validity of trip advisor ratings since it has over an 8 and is easily in the bottom ten percent of hotels i have stayed in. The place is run down, filthy, there is no hot water, luke warm at best, breakfast should be eliminated as it is awful, only positive is inexpensive. The free wifi was unreliable."

"The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. "

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."

"It was unbeatable for the price, but I wish the hotel would have offered cheaper 1-bed room options. A Continental breakfast might have been nice too. Pretty good though, 4 stars!"
