"After checking in I could not open the room written on the card envelope. I went back down to have the card set up a second time and it failed to work again. I went back down and a different front desk attendant asked my name to look up my reservation and discovered the wrong room and floor was written on the envelope. It was very inconvenient as I had a cart full of luggage to haul back and forth and the “wrong” room was very far from the front desk."

"Total disaster. Stay Away. Dog hair in carpet. Bathrooms partially clean. Shower curtain old and yellowed at bottom. Mattress was awful...rolled down to center all night. TV got one channel cause remote didn't work. There was ant bait in the bathroom. There was ant bait next to the utensils in the joke of a 24/7 breakfast. The shower curtain bars were falling down. Sheets were seemingly clean. Towels were seemingly clean. The water pressure was good. The AC worked. Took 10 swipes to make card...

"Absolutely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was filthy. Food on the floor and between the bed. Hair on the bed. Shower with hair and pubes on toilet. I wanted to vomit. I checked out immediately and got a nice hotel downtown. This hotel was in shambles and so disgusting. I cannot even begin."

"Nice hotel with large rooms. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Coffee was available all day. Pool was huge with a large hot tub and a kids area with splash pad water features. The splash pad area made the area noisy, but worth it if you have littles. Pool was a bit cloudy while we were there. Housekeeping replaced our towels daily and emptied trash but did not touch the beds. I would definitely stay there again."

"The refrigerator froze all our drinks, the bathtub was a little dirty and the bathroom lights had a bunch of dead bugs in them. Otherwise everything else was okay. The handicap rooms are comfortable and have adequate hand rails and shower chair."

"I loved it. So happy to have gotten a room the power outage in my suburb of CLE due to high heat / electrical failure caused me to need a spot. So clean, so well decorated, so comfortable, the continental breakfast incredible, loads of choice, an excellent experience I wish I could live there"

"Staff is good. It’s clean. Breakfast was as expected. The back door though it doesn’t lock and there’s homeless people right behind the hotel so that’s kinda scary knowing that door is always unlocked. The rooms honestly don’t seem to of been updated ever. The fridge can’t keep things cold or frozen in the little freezer box and anytime you use the microwave the lights flicker. Only one side of the bed has an outlet so my partner couldn’t charge their devices conveniently. Maybe it’s just an...
