"Clean, best breakfast I have had in a hotel in a long time only thing the hot tub was out of order but the pool was beautiful even had a little kiddo section. Overall I had a great relaxing weekend and will definitely would go again."

"Was unable to stay because I booked a room with 2 beds and no one bothered to message me about not having availability. Had to find another place to stay at 10:30 at night. Lots of parking."

"Check in went ok. Agent was kind but hotel is run down and you could tell even at check in. Main elevator was down. Finally got Got to our room.... bed looked slept in, and black hairs all over the tub, floor and sink. Drains obviously didn't work so the water backed up with even more hair. Absoutely disgusting. We lowered our number of nights and promptly checked out. No one was at the front desk for over 20 minutes. We are still having issues getting anyone to reply and return our money....

"Hotel is dated but not bad. Staff was nice friendly lady at the front counter. Weird smell in the lobby but not too bad. Took the elevator to the second floor where our room was and when the doors opened I was taken back by the suffocating smell of cigarettes and fried chicken. If we stayed two nights I probably would have picked up a can of febreeze and left it for them. Our room wasn’t bad, the couch was taped together and there was still a stale chicken/cigarette smell but it was manageable....

"I originally booked a King-size non-smoking room through Expedia. Upon my arrival, I was informed by the front desk that due to a "housekeeping shortage," my reserved room was unavailable. I was forced to settle for a double bedroom instead, which was not what I paid for or expected. "I didn’t know that IHG has such poorly maintained facilities in this area. Rooms were dingy and carpet is very old. Elevator was not working at all but as we called to the property twice luckily we got the rooms on main floor especially as my MIL is 90! Bathrooms are small, only tub shower so difficult for older people. No coffee pods but only tea pods in room. Definitely need a few upgrades"

"Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

The door lock was busted off, the smoke detector was detached and resting on the table with wires protruding from the walls. The bed sheets were covered in various bugs and hairs. "Guy at the front desk was not there had to call in order for him to come to the desk the ceiling was molded and sagging in the bathroom and they make you do a cash deposit so be prepared for that."

"One of the worst experiences of my life. No blankets for the beds, one wash cloth in the tiny bathroom though two of us were registered. The bathroom door could not close fully, etc. I will NOT be staying at a Days Inn again."
