When I arrived, rude man on phone wouldn’t open door and talked to me through phone (didn’t even see a face) and said manager quit, and when I asked name of person on phone he hung up on me, wouldn’t even open the door for me (even though I called back asking to talk to him about options) and called not one but THREE POLICE squad...

"We got the place based on price, and were only passing through for the night. We checked in just fine. Nothing too exciting to report there. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke, but it was quick and fast. There was music blasting from the pool area, but as soon as we got into our room, it was quiet. "The room was below standard. The shades were broken, the curtains were torn, and the shower handle was slightly broken. I've had better rooms in prior stays, but the attendant that checked me in, upon my arrival, chose to give me a dubpar room. Why, I'm not sure. I expect better at my next stay. Thank you"

"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing...
