"Unsure why this place got such a high guest rating. It was extremely gross. Took a shower and felt dirtier after, somehow. Luckily, we only needed to be here a few hours before a flight. "

"Everything was great except I couldn’t turn the A/C off and my room was too cold. The decor is really cool and check-in staff was great."

"Desk clerk was very helpful and supplied extra pillows when requested. Room quiet and comfortable. The TV channel guide was missing and I did not receive my wake-up call, but I had set my alarm on my phone just in case. Shuttle was great!"

"Room was clean. The kitchen was convenient but the microwave was broke and there was only one small pot to cook with. Staff was ok professional but could be more welcoming. Plenty of parking there were no issues with that. The market they have for food and drinks was pretty empty could have had a better selection. "

"Although we only stopped by for the night, the property was quiet and is located conveniently near the highway. Free breakfast was included and even though there wasn’t much variety it made for a convenient grab-and-go breakfast. Highly recommended for travelers."

"I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy."

"We ate breakfast off property it was not included in stay and the “bistro” was average. We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. Also, Expedia noted there was self parking and Courtyard charged $10 a day. On the positive side the...

"The bedroom was in terrible shape; torn curtains and blinds, broken handle in shower. Overall not a good stat on this visit. When checking in, the attendant apparently chose the subpar room based on my nationality. I was very disappointed with my stay."

"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"
