"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant. Only there for a short time, so didn't get to experience breakfast. we did have dinner and it was very good with a nice ambiance as they had a lone guitar player/singer who did a nice job."

Absolutely a bad experience for Us ....

"The room was not clean at all. Dry crusted food in the microwave, stained towels that looked used, used bar of soap in the tub, sticky spot on the bathroom floor that had collected dust and dirt, stain on a pillow, didn’t look swept at all and we even came across a small dubia cockroach in the bathroom. When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me."

"A renovation would be helpful for the property. There was a generally odd smell in the hallways and the carpet was visibly dirty. The room had a few creepy crawly friends—centipedes. As well as a shower that struggled to work."

We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. "When we first arrived to the room we noticed large white stain on the couch cushion. We had no blanket on our bed. The body wash in the shower had been half used. The bathroom floors needed to be swept and mopped. The air conditioner made loud noises. Overall the room wasn't very clean. We left after about 30 minutes."

"The room was not clean, there were paw print stains on the bed as well as a lot of mysterious crumbs, asked them to change the sheets and they insisted the bed was not dirty, just stained (despite the crumbs) and then changed the top blanket for us. on top of that there were several bugs I found around the room and a very strong odor in the room. "Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."
