"Disgusting!!!! Fell for the reviews and was highly disappointed. Our room had mud along all of the baseboards, to the point you could see the splatter of liquid everywhere. The bedding had stains all over it. The walls were filthy. The blinds were broken and on the floor. There were tums all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting, looks like they only make the bed between stays. We left immediately and found a different hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"I would rate this hotel as the worst I’ve ever been to. I’m always willing to give positive reviews and highlight aspects but the cleaning it was extremely poor! Human hair and steins on the bed sheets and bed towels. They literally just fixed the room without changing any linen at all. Although the staff was friendly and polite! "

"Sonesta sold our room after I reserved and confirmed our room earlier that day. I told them exactly what time we would arrive, and they assured me all was good to go. When I arrived, rude man on phone wouldn’t open door and talked to me through phone (didn’t even see a face) and said manager quit, and when I asked name of person on phone he hung up on me, wouldn’t even open the door for me (even though I called back asking to talk to him about options) and called not one but THREE POLICE squad...

"The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"

"If I could rate this hotel a zero star, I would rate it a negative 10. The room was disgusting. Stains on pillow sheets, bedding, towels in bathroom, the floor had crumbs all over it, the dresser had food crumbs, the wall had red stains on them, there was hair in the sheets and handprints on the headboard. The bathroom had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper left and was completely untouched in terms of being cleaned. The window to outside was open, allowing bugs to get in. The housekeeper was pushing...

"We got the place based on price, and were only passing through for the night. We checked in just fine. Nothing too exciting to report there. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke, but it was quick and fast. There was music blasting from the pool area, but as soon as we got into our room, it was quiet. I think that was one of the very few positive things about this place: it was really really quiet once you got into the room. The room itself was not swept up. There were some paper shredding...
