"Loved the place no indoor pool but you have access to the pool across the way which was coinvent but not during the cold honestly have to walk all the way around the the front to let you in but other then that there was absolutely no issues"

"Bath dirty, floor caving in, no ac, no towels, microwave dirty, very horribly smelling chlorine smell. I am thankfully they did allow me to stay the night with out being charged for the night and then I left with out being charged my other nights. Staff was very professional and how they handled accommodating for the issues. Also you will have to wait for staff to be able to handle any of the issues that I had that I needed fixed immediately since I was with younger children and the chlorine and no ac caused me to have issues with burning in my eyes but again very professional staff in the front end and allowing no charge for the night. "

"Pet-friendly rooms without carpeting and on the first floor. Welcoming and nice staff. Main hall and lobby clean but rooms were not well cleaned at all. Socks and filth under the bed, floors did not appear to have been mopped, and not all areas were cleaned. "

"Friendly staff. We just stopped overnight on our way to our destination and did not use the amenities. Bed was comfortable and room clean. "

"The pool was full of grease and slime and too many chemicals. They told us the children could not swim although when we called they said the pool was doing great. The room was 79° turned on the air conditioner. It went up to 84. They didn’t give us our money back. Nor did they fix anything. They were not able to accommodate our four person party in another room. Like I said no refund. "

"The room was spotless. The air conditioning worked and the hotel location was perfect. Parking voucher included for parking garage was nice."
