"Charged me twice and didnt fix the problem."

"Carpet dirty, I didn’t like that the rooms had an extra door to lead into the room on the other side. People wasting cereal in the hall near the stairs, gym was small and janky. I stayed at a comfort inn while in Irvine, Ca and it set the standard. Nice, clean, carpets clean, fresh bananas for breakfast, pool, nice gym. If you take the stairs on the bottom floor you will find next to the stairs old/ stripped ac units from rooms stacked up. One room on the first floor I saw had a broken window....

"It says breakfast but it’s just granola bars and coffee. The rooms aren’t updated at all. We paid for a queen bed and pull out saga but when we arrived the pull out sofa was broken so they gave me a roll away bed and still charged full price. It was supposed to be smoke free but smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The location is its best feature. I wouldn’t book again though."

"Cigarette burns in comforter, stains on sheets, sticky floor, red stuff spilled on wall, light out in bathroom, people actually living daily on property- smoking and arguing. Told staff I was leaving and wanted to cancel reservation after being there about 10 minutes. She told me "could give you a better room". As if the room given to me she knew was not good. Horrible place. Very unclean. Staff in lobby were nice when checking in. Place was very simple and plain in appearance of lobby area....

"Nice entrance,very nice front desk staff,even cared to ask wht brought us to knoxville,made us feel welcomed. The room is BIG which is really nice and the bathroom is so spacious and clean! And the showers are nice!"

"I didn’t like the motel at all. The people Out side of the motel is terrible and the outside atmosphere is very bad. I just skipped to stay in this motel despite I hv a reservation. "

"The breakfast is a little bread heavy but if you like biscuits, waffles, and gravy it will fill you up. This is a 2/3 star hotel and it meets that rating, you get what you pay for, just fine for a place to lay your head during a business trip."

"The property needs some money put back in. The room was moldy smelling but bed was comfortable. I stayed one night. It has potential it really does it’s in a great spot. It’s the little things like shower curtain didn’t stay up and was dropped to the tub very easy to step on. But if you need an inexpensive one night maybe 2 nights not too bad."

"Put me in the incorrect room- part of a two room thing - I paid for more and even though they said they would move us they did not. Our room which was to be a king room only had a desk chair and a bed-nowhere to put luggage but desk. Offered to give us a free night at Marriott but we do not travel much where we need a hotel so that is useless to us. Breakfast was horrible- long waits in lines and never refilled muffins bagels bread etc "

"This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...
