"Breakfast was great, plenty of variety. Bed was comfortable but room had some damage and staff was notified and apologized. Otherwise great stay."

"The building shows its sign of disrepair. There was no kitchen. We opened the sofa bed and both sides were stained so badly, it was disgusting. The towels and sheets had stains and or were worn through. The conditioner was out and never replaced. My bedside light didnt work and everytime we wanted to get in our room, we had to go to the front desk to be re-keyed. The midnight staff was not friendly and acted like it was a huge imposition when we asked for sheets and pillow for sofa bed....

"They told me my room wasn’t ready and it was 6:00 pm so they put me in another room. The halls and room smelled so disgusting. Dirty handprints on the wall, shower floor dirty, stains on the wall, greasy fingerprints on the wall. Disgusting. I didn’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the bed so I brought my own blanket inside to sleep on top and cover the bed "

"Everything about this hotel group is great. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean, very efficient, high quality furnishings, and even free popcorn. Overall, a great experience! Well above and beyond any of the other hotel chains. I fully recommend staying here!"

"The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. ...

"Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and new, super clean, and amazing staff! The breakfast buffet was such a nice surprise too, much better than any we have had at any other hotel in the past! We highly recommend this hotel and will def be back when we return to the area. 10/10!"

"Great location, great staff! Beds were hard. Breakfast was very sparse on choices, biscuits but no gravy, how dare they 😜. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Probably wouldn’t stay more than one night as we did this trip. "
