"Wallace and Nancy are the most gracious hosts. The property is beautiful, you can feel your stress melt away, and while this property is very close to the best restaurants and shopping, when hanging out at the cottage it is easy to forget you are in the city, it feels like you have escaped to the countryside. We had the best breakfast in the mornings....mixed fresh fruit with creme and granola, followed by eggs benedict and for dessert gooey homemade brownie...was just one of the awesome treats...

"The only good thing about the hotel was the location being next to interstate and shopping center. They didn’t have a king suite available. I accepted the double bed suite. The double bed suite was missing the door that separates the rooms. It smelled like smoke. There was no elevator so you had to carry all your belongings up the stairs. The pool was not open. "Breakfast staff was helpful and nice. At check in he just handed us the cards to our room. Didn't tell us room number or where the elevators were. Just followed other people to the elevators. "My recent stay at the Residence Inn Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place had a mix of positives and areas that clearly need improvement. Overall, the room felt outdated and could have been maintained much better. Cleanliness was a noticeable concern. Several appliances appeared worn and not well cared for, including visible dents on both the toaster and refrigerator.
