"I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. "

"Our room was a furnace. The a/c didn't work, and even though we set the thermostat to 68, the room never reached below 75. The hallway was cooler than our room. I was sweating the moment I stepped out of a cold shower."

"The entire property and our room was very clean and smelled fresh. Having an ice machine nearby in addition to the kitchen in our suite was a plus. Breakfast was fabulous and coffee was great!"

Tiny pillows! If you like big fluffy pillows or king sized pillows, bring your own! Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the dishes were visibly dirty—some looked like they had been used and simply put back without being cleaned. Several glasses even had lipstick residue on them. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were told to just run everything through the dishwasher ourselves, which was unacceptable. "Stayed here once on our way down and once on our way back from vacation. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, price is great, Carol at the front desk was cool. Bathtubs are REALLY high and hard to get in and out of shower, even with a grab bar lol it’s right off the highway with lots of eating options nearby.
