"I have stayed at this property many times when it was The Hilton Springfield. Today, although it is still listed as a Hilton Honors program and collects Hilton points, the affiliation with Hilton seems flimsy. Hotel Belvoir is no Hilton. Staff is wonderful, kind and helpful, but the room was dingy, often smelled, breakfast bar wasn't worth waking up for, and only one of three elevators were usually working. I am unlikely to return. There are better options at a similar price point."

"This hotel is clean and quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the breakfast and the good coffee. One thing I might say, though, is that my room needed USB ports. I couldn’t find a single one."

Front desk can have better communication we had to wait a while to get a room after checking and find out we were on the top floors and the elevator was out of service for the first couple of days we were there until the last day it was worked on after being told it would work by the end of our first...
