"I have stayed at this property many times when it was The Hilton Springfield. Today, although it is still listed as a Hilton Honors program and collects Hilton points, the affiliation with Hilton seems flimsy. Hotel Belvoir is no Hilton. Staff is wonderful, kind and helpful, but the room was dingy, often smelled, breakfast bar wasn't worth waking up for, and only one of three elevators were usually working. I am unlikely to return. There are better options at a similar price point."

"Breakfast was awesome. Eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, juice, oatmeal with a large selection of add-ins, waffles, cereal, milk products. The only problem we had was no luggage racks at the hotel. We are old and not very steady on our feet. Having to lift suitcases up onto bed each day was very difficult for us. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay."

We went back to the concierge and were told that the King sized bedroom that we RESERVED was given to other people, and that this was the only room left. We decided to stay since it was late and we were tired. When I was given a parking permit, and took it to our car, my wife stayed at the reception area. A man came in asking for a room, and she offered him one, which tells you that she was lying about giving us the only room left. The...
