"Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. "

"I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. "

"The property was well maintained and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of options. Room was clean. My ONLY complaint was to no fault of the hotel, the room above us was very noisy with kids jumping into very late hours of the night interrupting our sleep. The staff were helpful when we approached them giving us a couple options. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!"

"The room smelled clean upon arrival, and the sheets were clean. However, the shower was gross, and bugs came out of the drain. We stayed there for three nights and housekeeping never came in the room, not even to empty the trash. I understand that everyone wants to “conserve energy” but three towels for two people for three nights is not enough. When I went to the front desk to ask for new towels, they offered me pool towels that might as well have been sandpaper. Sadly, that wasn’t the worse...

"Door knob broken on bathroom. Floor needed to be mopped. Sheets blood stained. Mattress pad had plastic patches which were rough! Phone did not work."

"The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. My only knock is that the pillow inside the plastic bag had a spot on it and the couch needs to be spot cleaned and the sofa bed mattress replaced. These fixes would move from a four to a five."

"Did not care for the breakfast. If you are a health conscious person, then you will like the breakfast, however, if you like a waffle or pancakes and sausage or bacon during the week you can forget about it, not happening."

"The staff were very friendly and it was fine for a stop one night on the way kind of place. The room did have a weird odor to it and the overall look of the building and floors needs some updates Forsure. But was ok for a quick sleep."
