"Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. "

"I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. "

"When I arrived into my room, I quickly called the front desk because there was a smoke smell all throughout the room and a strong mold smell in the bathroom. The guy working at the front didn’t apologize for it or the inconvenience or didn’t offer to switch me to another room. He just came up with a bottle of air freshener, sprayed and left. Also, breakfast should be replenished for the hours it is served- they ran out of a lot of basics."

"The pool listed in pictures is permanently closed, the included breakfast was unavailable, the building reeked of paint. Building supplies was stored in multiple places. The beds were okay. The bathroom needed a lot of work from faulty fixtures to noticeable patches in the wall."

"The hotel was perfectly located for us, and the website description looked appealing. Unfortunately, almost nothing about it was genuine. I almost never leave bad reviews because I figure the business is struggling to do better. You decide on this one. The booking was for a 2bed room with a tub (jetts, safety features,etc). "Had a great staff! Has awesome amenities including breakfast and supper plus 3 free drinks at their bar! Will be staying again and will tell others. Also has pets that can stay with you."

"Put me in the incorrect room- part of a two room thing - I paid for more and even though they said they would move us they did not. Our room which was to be a king room only had a desk chair and a bed-nowhere to put luggage but desk. Offered to give us a free night at Marriott but we do not travel much where we need a hotel so that is useless to us. Breakfast was horrible- long waits in lines and never refilled muffins bagels bread etc "
