"I was canceled within 48 hours of my sat due to the hotel being oversold apparently. Not acceptable and hotel manager was completely rude and disrespectful and unhelpful"

"This is a very old hotel in Gainesville. It's convenient to the University, local restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is fair quality at best, Cracker Barrel is right next door. The staff in the daytime was outstanding, but not so friendly at night. Parking is a challenge with most way off to the side of the property. "

"This booking was a miss reservation was trying to book Gainsville GA, not Gainsville FL. Realized the error upon confirmation and tried to correct via Expedia virtual agent. Expedia many years ago gave customers the ability to reach a live agent now they do not. I could have explained in the past the error and cancelled within minutes with a live agent.
