"This booking was a miss reservation was trying to book Gainsville GA, not Gainsville FL. Realized the error upon confirmation and tried to correct via Expedia virtual agent. Expedia many years ago gave customers the ability to reach a live agent now they do not. I could have explained in the past the error and cancelled within minutes with a live agent. "Excellent service and very relaxing experience! Breakfast was delicious! We will come back again!"

"We were given a room key upon check in and, when we returned much later, someone else had been checked into that room. It’s always an awkward moment when you walk into someone else’s room while they’re sleeping at 1 AM. No amenities to speak of (vending, ice machine bucket, etc.). Furnishings were decent, pillows were terribly hard. Room was clean but very very loud. Not a great part of town. We definitely will seek alternate accommodations next time."
