"We have stayed at the property approximately three times and it has always been awesome. The property is currently undergoing upgrades and the front desk staff was great about letting everyone know the hours when work would be occurring. "

"The young lady that checked us in was extremely nice, professional and welcoming. Our room was cleaned immaculately and was very comfortable. One of the nicer rooms we've stayed in in our many hotel visits to other establishments. I did speak to the front office staff in the morning as I was using the restroom by the workout room and there was no soap in the restroom. When I asked the gentleman about it he said the dispenser was not working. My thought is if that is the case something temporary...

"It was a pretty good stay, a body pillow would’ve made the stay better. Shower pressure was a little low and a hand held shower head would help with the low pressure so you could get the soap off better. It is nice having the complimentary bath supplies. $6 for a bottle of water is a little steep so I didn’t partake of it. I like fancy water but that was a little excessive. I will stay again if needed in Charlottesville it’s a good location and feels pretty safe with the lighting at night. "

"The room was very clean and in good repair. I didn't know there was a breakfast option till too late and the person i spoke to at the beginning of my reservation was a bit snippy seeming. The beds were comfortable and complimentary toiletries of good quality were provided. There's also an excellent chinese restaurant right across the parking lot."
