"My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. "

"Breakfast was nasty, there was a miscommunication in my stay so I had housekeeping knocking plenty of times on my door and the front desk lady, Jean, was very rude about the situation. Floors and walls were dirty. Not a great experience, I’m not coming back. "

"I messed up our reservation and we needed to stay one more day then we initially planned. My whole group was at a convention and we couldn't come back to move our stuff. The staff moved our booking to another room and moved our luggage FOR us so we could stay at the con. Not only did the staff bend over backwards to accommodate me, but they kept apologizing to me even though the whole thing was completely my fault. On top of that, the whole hotel was spotless and the staff kept being friendly...

"I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We stayed in a two queen bed room. This room was large and clean with a kitchenette (an added bonus). I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price, it was a hidden gem!"

"We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly"
