"I requested connecting rooms by calling the hotel a week before our stay and was told to call the day before. So I called the day before our stay and asked for connecting rooms, was told "yes, I'll mark your name on them now." But when checking in we were told NO connecting rooms were available. "Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and one meat and a muffin if you wanted it. Also the beverage station was out of orange juice during our entire stay. The room we were assigned had a funky smell, the carpet looked dirty, there were white stains on the chair and dark sticky substance under the desktop lamp base. The wall near the door had a couple large stains that would not wipe off."

"When we checked in twice, we had to go back downstairs and to get the room keys corrected. They ended up sending a technician because we couldn’t get the doors open the room keys couldn’t work. We found that other patrons were outside. Exit number five smoke marijuana on the morning that we were checking out we found that it’s not user-friendly for disabled people. The hot tub was empty and nonfunctioning, which is one of the reasons why we wanted to come there we found that we had to go to...

"Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Accommodating. Informative. The property however failed to meet my expectations. The elevator was ridiculously slow, the elevator tile was soiled, cracked, and unmopped in days. The carpet on the 3rd floor outside of the elevator was HEAVILY soiled, bleach stained, deteriorated, and the pair of underwear and shorts laying on the ground just outside of the elevator doors for AT LEAST two days was appalling.
