"Bit of a mixed one! The hotel definitely isn’t 4 star more a 3 and it’s much bigger than we realised. Room I checked into wasn’t great and I was moved no issue. Apartments have all you need but cleaner doesn’t clean or didn’t clean ours during 4night stay. Location is great and so was breakfast. Only visited pool on last day and found a quieter one. Again all clean and functioning. We paid £165 each for 4nights which is very good value just pics hotel pics are just slightly misleading in terms...

"Beautiful hotel in the best location at the centre of the Old Town in Estepona. Shame there isn’t space for a swimming pool but at least just a few minutes from the beach with a choice of restaurants and bars with comfy sun loungers. The deluxe room with view was worth it for the view of the very pretty square. Wardrobe space was tight if you’re staying for a week or more and the wardrobe doesn’t accommodate long dresses.. "Location is good. It's down a narrow street with limited parking so you have to drop your bags off outside the hotel and then park. Great views from the terrace. Restaurant was full the night which was a shame as the view from it was very good. There are restaurants nearby. The hotel description says it has access to a pool. Don't know where this is as there is no pool at the hotel."

However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested. "Arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready, the staff at the front desk were not helpful at all, did not offer anything for the inconvenience, they charge for everything you do in the hotel, even for extra towels or towel changes, so beware! Even though our room was almost $500 per night we still had to deal with all of this. We traveled all around Spain and this is by far the worst hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice!"

"The feel of the property was luxurious, however when we checked in (late at night) our air con wasn't working. The floor was so hot it felt like underfloor heating was turned on.
