"Wij vonden het heel fijn dat het een "kleine" accommodatie was, met veel persoonlijke aandacht voor de gasten. Zonder uitzondering was het personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij de omschrijving was het duidelijk dat er bijvoorbeeld bij het zwembad geluidsoverlast was door het verkeer. Een grote plus voor ons was het zoutwater zwembad en de tuin. "Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof...

"The Perestrello has recently been refurbished and our room on the 2nd floor of the annex was lovely. The bed was comfy, the room had plenty of storage/hanging space, a good size safe, small refrigerator and quiet air conditioning. The bathroom was spotless with a walk in rain fall shower.
