"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. Good note, the room was clean."

"breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible."

"The rooms were smelling of smoke. The hotel manager knew that due to renovation half the rooms were smelly and refused to give us a room in the other half. With the heat and smokey environment it was not a pleasant experience. Further they were out of breakfast at 8:00 AM even though they advertise as 6:00-9:00 AM. No one was around to help with the food."

"Parking was good, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Bed was good. My only complaint is the privacy shade on the window would not go all the way down. I was on floor 2 and the shade had about 2 inches or so that it would not come down."

"Older building but no updates that are noticeable. The lobby area looks nice however that doesn't translate to the rooms. Bathroom was old and water stained as well as loose plumbing and paint chipping all over. Stained dirty bed linen and dirty towels. Thankfully we bring our own towels and bedding when traveling. Was a last minute stay for one night and got what we paid for for sure. Photos and 4 star rating where we booked is crazy!"
