"The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay."

"We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! The hotel isnt anything fancy but it wasnt bad either, we would definitely stay here again. Upon entrance of our room my immediate notice was the flooring was...

"The front desk Clerks was so friendly when we checked in and all the staff was out standing. The only thing I didn't like is the hot spa was full of children but that wasn't the Hotel doing. So I can't blame them for that."
