"We had a lovely stay at Residence Sophia. We were given a lovely greeting and help with our bags. The cabin was exactly as advertised -clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The grounds were well maintained with very nice landscaping. The two swimming pools were brilliant, warm, clean and not crowded. Résidence Sophia is also in a great location for exploring the island easily via the T10. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"Hi, we stayed at this property for 8 nights. We rented one bedroom comfort apartment with sea view and we 've got two bedrooms apartment with balcony but with NO sea view. The guy from agency was ok and he understood that we had a delay on our flight with 2h 30 minutes so we arrived at the property later than we mentioned. "Great hotel, with an amazing breakfast and nice beach. Room is quite small and beach is private and nice but there are definitely better beaches within driving distance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Need a car to drive to dining and shopping. Pizza restaurant on property was amazing btw, best pizza we ever had!"

"Beautifully renovated room and bathroom, very clean, comfy bed and sheets. Lovely little balcony. Kitchenette was fully equipped. Highlight was the gorgeous pool, with loungers! Breakfast was included, though it was the the same everyday,it was good. Staff were accommodating and very helpful. Use of A car would be recommended to stay here. The on site restaurant was so so….it would have been good to easily dine in Palau .There are only 6 taxis in Palau, and they charge 25€ for the 5 km trip into town. The value for the price we paid was excellent though. "

"Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. The food was fine, but was only limited to one restaurant as the other ones needed to be booked ahead of time and the other two were closed for private events. There’s a hole in the fence and you can go to another restaurant at a different resort if you’re looking for different food options. I’m guessing this resort just needs more cleaning staff "
