"This is an older motel, very clean and has good utilities. Close to good restaurants, buses, skytrain and TNT supermarket.
Needs a mirror in the bedrooms and airconditioning as the units can get very hot. Pro tip: opem the lounge window, put the small fan on the window sill and run the fan, it will draw in cold air from outside and cool down the lounge room. The unit was large and spacious."

"The hotel needed some work on the outside. The inside had been refurbished for the upcoming Fifa games. The room was cozy and bright with the most comfortable bed my husband & I have ever slept in. The room was very clean, but modest. We also had a view of the Vancouver skyline from our 3rd floor window. Hondra, the manager, was very gracious and helpful upon our arrival and throughout our 4 day stay. She was very available, though not always onsite. We had privacy and quiet.

"Just your regular hotel. I guess I expected a little better for some reason… Our view was awful, skytrain station and parking lot outside our window. No fan in our bathroom which is very unusual. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so that was nice. The mattress in our room was well overdue to be replaced. Parking is down the street but it’s only an issue if you have mobility concerns. 6.5/10 overall imo."

"The property has great character and is in a good location. We had a half view of the water. Apart from from the air conditioning unit on the roof next to the unit it was nice and quiet.
The staff are very helpful.
Unfortunately we had some
issues with getting hot water in the shower at night but ended up okay in the morning. Pipes had not been used recently.
We will certainly return to this lovely character hotel.
Great for couples and value for money."

"I had a great stay at this Hyatt! The location is excellent—it’s right across from the train station and a shopping mall, which made it incredibly easy to get around Vancouver.
